1. 适用范围 / Scope
本隐私政策适用于由 Beijing Sommerfeld Technology Co., Ltd. 发布，并在 App Store、应用内页面或官方网站链接到本页面的应用与相关服务。具体应用名称、版本和平台以该应用的 App Store 页面或应用内信息为准。
若某个应用提供账号、云同步、订阅、支付、统计、崩溃上报、社区、上传、AI 服务或第三方 SDK 等额外能力，该应用可能需要额外说明。额外说明与本政策不一致时，以更具体的应用说明为准。
This Privacy Policy applies to apps and related services published by Beijing Sommerfeld Technology Co., Ltd. that link to this page from the App Store, in-app pages, or the official website. The specific app name, version, and platform are shown in that app's App Store listing or in-app information.
If a specific app provides additional features such as accounts, cloud sync, subscriptions, payments, analytics, crash reporting, community features, uploads, AI services, or third-party SDKs, that app may include additional disclosures. If there is any difference, the more specific app-level disclosure controls.
2. 隐私原则 / Privacy Principles
- 数据最小化：只处理实现应用功能所必要的数据。
- 本地优先：能在设备本地完成的功能，优先在本地完成。
- 权限最小化：只在功能确实需要时请求系统权限，并通过系统弹窗说明用途。
- 透明说明：若应用需要联网、账号、订阅、上传或第三方服务，会在合适位置说明。
- 不出售数据：我们不会出售或出租用户个人数据。
- Data minimization: we process only data needed to provide app functionality.
- Local first: features that can run on the device are handled locally by default.
- Permission minimization: system permissions are requested only when needed and explained through system prompts.
- Transparent disclosure: network access, accounts, subscriptions, uploads, or third-party services are disclosed where appropriate.
- No sale of data: we do not sell or rent users' personal data.
3. 本地数据 / Local Data
我们的应用可能在设备本地保存功能数据，例如应用设置、使用偏好、进度记录、草稿、收藏、导入文件、生成内容、下载内容或离线缓存。此类数据通常保存在应用沙盒、Documents 目录、UserDefaults、系统数据库或系统允许的本地存储中。

Our apps may store functional data locally on your device, such as app settings, preferences, progress records, drafts, favorites, imported files, generated content, downloaded content, or offline caches. This data is usually stored in the app sandbox, Documents directory, UserDefaults, system databases, or other local storage allowed by the operating system.
Local data is used to restore app state, support offline use, save preferences, and improve the user experience. Unless a specific app clearly provides upload, sync, backup, or sharing features, we do not actively upload local data to developer servers.

Unless a specific app states otherwise, we do not collect, sell, share, or upload the following data by default:
- Identity information such as name, phone number, email address, or account identifiers.
- Precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health, or financial data.
- Advertising identifiers, tracking identifiers, or cross-app / cross-website tracking data.
- Content users create, import, type, or save locally.
- Behavior data used for ad delivery, remarketing, or marketing profiles.
5. 系统权限 / System Permissions
某些应用功能可能需要系统权限，例如文件访问、照片、相机、麦克风、通知、位置或网络访问。权限请求会通过操作系统弹窗展示，你可以选择允许或拒绝，也可以在系统设置中变更权限。
如果你拒绝某项权限，相关功能可能无法使用，但应用的其他功能通常仍可继续使用。
Some app features may require system permissions, such as file access, photos, camera, microphone, notifications, location, or network access. Permission requests are shown through operating system prompts. You can allow or deny them, and you can change permissions later in system settings.
If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work, but other app features usually remain available.
6. 网络访问和第三方服务 / Network Access and Third-Party Services
部分应用可能为了内容下载、资源更新、订阅验证、客服支持、网页链接、AI 能力或同步功能访问网络。第三方服务可能根据其自身政策接收技术性请求信息，例如 IP 地址、设备网络信息、系统版本、浏览器或 User-Agent。
我们会尽量减少请求中包含的信息。若某个应用需要将用户内容发送到服务器或第三方服务，会在该应用的说明、功能界面或补充政策中明确说明。
Some apps may access the network for content downloads, resource updates, subscription validation, support, webpage links, AI features, or sync. Third-party services may receive technical request information under their own policies, such as IP address, device network information, system version, browser, or User-Agent.
We aim to minimize the information included in requests. If a specific app needs to send user content to servers or third-party services, this will be disclosed in that app's description, feature interface, or supplemental policy.
7. 广告、追踪和数据出售 / Ads, Tracking, and Data Sale
除非具体应用另有明确说明，我们的应用默认不包含广告 SDK，不使用 IDFA 或类似标识符进行广告投放，不跨 App 或网站追踪用户，也不会出售或出租个人数据。
如果未来某个应用引入广告、统计、第三方 SDK 或追踪相关能力，我们会在 App Store Connect、应用内说明和本政策或补充政策中更新相应信息，并按系统要求请求授权。
Unless a specific app states otherwise, our apps do not include advertising SDKs by default, do not use IDFA or similar identifiers for ad delivery, do not track users across apps or websites, and do not sell or rent personal data.
If a future app introduces ads, analytics, third-party SDKs, or tracking-related features, we will update the relevant information in App Store Connect, in-app notices, and this policy or a supplemental policy, and request authorization when required by the operating system.
8. 儿童隐私 / Children Privacy
我们的应用通常面向一般用户、学习者或工具使用场景。除非具体应用另有说明，我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息，不提供面向儿童的行为广告，也不会要求儿童创建个人资料。
如监护人认为设备中的本地数据需要删除，可删除应用、使用应用内数据管理入口，或通过本政策中的联系方式咨询。
Our apps are generally intended for general users, learners, or utility use cases. Unless a specific app states otherwise, we do not knowingly collect children's personal information, provide behaviorally targeted advertising to children, or require children to create profiles.
Guardians who want to remove local data from a device can delete the app, use in-app data management controls, or contact us using the information in this policy.
9. 数据保留与删除 / Retention and Deletion
本地数据通常会保留在你的设备上，直到你在应用内删除、清理缓存、删除相关文件或卸载应用。你也可以在系统设置中管理权限、网络、通知和设备备份。
如果某个应用提供账号、云同步或服务器端功能，你可以根据该应用内的设置或补充说明申请访问、更正或删除服务器端数据。
Local data usually remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear caches, remove related files, or uninstall the app. You can also manage permissions, network access, notifications, and device backups in system settings.
If a specific app provides accounts, cloud sync, or server-side features, you may request access, correction, or deletion of server-side data through that app's settings or supplemental instructions.
10. 政策更新 / Policy Updates
我们可能会因功能变化、合规要求或业务调整更新本政策。更新后，页面顶部的生效日期会同步变化。重大变化会通过应用内说明、App Store 信息或其他合理方式提示。
We may update this policy due to feature changes, compliance requirements, or business adjustments. When updated, the effective date at the top of this page will change. Material changes may be communicated through in-app notices, App Store information, or other reasonable methods.
